Create Your Own Beautiful Jewelled Bird

Sparkle up those cold January days and herald in the new year with your own little bird of Freedom. Athena Jane has created almost 500 jewelled birds for her next installation. In this fabulous sparkling workshop, she will take you step by step to making your own beautiful, characterful, jewelled bird. Using modelling techniques with Epoxy Putty, Plastic, wire, vintage and new, glass, crystal and acrylic beads, upcycled and recycled jewellery, handmade Italian papers and gold metal leaf, the process is a complete joy. All materials, tuition, tea, coffee, sumptuous homemade cake and a light lunch are all included as with all these workshops at Laughton Lodge.
